The Studio
HVK is a family-run design studio with 25+ years of expertise across architecture, interiors, and hospitality. Led by four co-founders with multidisciplinary backgrounds, we deliver luxury and ultra-luxury residences through a structured, personalised engagement model, undertaking a limited number of premium projects each year.
Execution is powered by a network of 500+ specialised subcontractors, in-house manufacturing for modular woodwork and customised furniture, and AI-enabled project management systems ensuring precision, transparency, and control through final handover.

A detailed on-site consultation is conducted to understand project objectives and functional requirements. The property is visually documented, followed by a technical assessment covering civil status, MEP condition, structural observations, and existing finishes.

The approved concept is developed into execution-ready documentation:

A curated Vision Board is prepared to define the design direction.
Deliverables include space-wise references, colour strategy, and material palette to ensure alignment before cost planning.
